The President's Welcome

Welcome to the United States Complete Shooting Dog Association Web Site.  We are a family oriented organization with membership across the United States, as well as in Canada, Norway and Japan.

We are running trials in several states and receiving inquiries from others for the upcoming season while maintaining great strength with our core clubs.  With our national organization offering much flexibility for the local club we anticipate our growth to continue through the years.

If you are new to the U.S. Complete you should rest assured you will be running with top quality dogs.  One of our association's goals has been met in the number of quality dogs competing in the U.S. Complete today.

Our association has also attracted top handlers to our starting lines.  Our member clubs have trial "know-how" putting on enjoyable, top grade events.  We would like to invite you to run with us and join in the competition.

By joining us you will be affiliating yourself with an association with a recognized National Championship along with an association with a recognized National Championship along with several Regional Championships, Classics, and Futurities.

We are an association assuring the handler has a voice, with each club president a member of the board of directors. The association's monthly newsletter, The Trialer, gives the handler an ear, keeping the handler informed about Dog of the Year point standing, trial reports, and other interesting and appropriate information.  Our Code of Ethics and Ethics Committee composed by our association's handlers give us an enjoyable experience while in the field of competition.

The U.S. Complete recognizes and honors its deserving owners and handlers by presenting awards for the National Championship, Dog of the Year, Club of the Year, Sportsman of the Year, Man of the year, and Breeder of the Year at the Annual Banquet.

USCSDA has an extensive handbook providing information on minimum standards, judging, puppy, derby and shooting dog stakes, dog of the year points system and code of ethics.  also included are the USCSDA Constitution and Objectives as well as a glossary of common field trialing terms.  The USCSDA uses no live ammunition, provides a gallery wagon for spectators of each event, and makes provision for the handicapped handler.  USCSDA trials are family and safety oriented.  If you are interested in establishing a USCSDA club, send $2.00 to:

Tamara Lee - USCSDA Secretary/Treasurer

You will receive by mail a prospective club packet including a handbook and all information necessary.
